    This letter is to confirm your space in the 28th annual Fall Bridal Spectacular 2024<\/strong>\u00a0to be held at the Capitol Plaza Hotel & Conference Center<\/strong>, 415 W. McCarty Street in Jefferson City. I was very pleased with the wonderful variety of vendors & excitement we had last year and I am very excited about the upcoming show\u2026 Thanks to all of you!!<\/p>\n

    Be ready to sign up for the 38th Bridal Spectacular 2025<\/b>\u00a0at the LINC on Layfette Street in Jefferson City<\/strong>.\u00a0 Several of you have already signed up for the 2024 show so don\u2019t wait! Do it today! \u00a0At the rate that vendors are showing their support for the 2024 show, It will more than likely reach 80+ vendors! And\u2026 over 200 Brides! Again, Bridal Spectacular will be the largest exhibiting bridal show in Mid Missouri! Please call me now to reserve your space or sign and email your agreement located in the Event Vendor Information<\/strong> on\u00a0www.MidMoBrides.com<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Fall Bridal Spectacular 2024<\/strong> is just days away, so please click on and fill out the info link below.<\/p>\n

    Vendors may set upon Saturday from 1pm to 3pm. Final set up will be done from 8:30am to 11am\u00a0 Sunday morning, day of the show. <\/strong>\u00a0 All vendors must be completely set up and ready to start at 11:00am<\/span>. The doors will open at 12:00 noon<\/span> sharp. Tear-down will begin at 3:00 pm<\/span> or when all brides-to-be have left the exhibit area.\u00a0Absolutely no one is to tear down before 3:00 pm<\/span> unless approved by Vicki Arcobasso<\/strong>. Early tear down will result in a\u00a0$50 fine<\/strong>. \u00a0You will be receiving your space assignment and load-in procedures at set-up the morning of the show. You must check in at vendor check-in just outside the exhibit hall door before setting up Sunday<\/span> morning.<\/p>\n

    I encourage each\u00a0vendor to have some type of registry. This is a great way to build additional data base for you to follow-up on. You will be responsible for drawing your winners and contacting them.<\/p>\n

    Space Assignments

    \n<\/strong>Capital Plaza is offering a very reasonable room rental for anyone wanting to come the night before the show. Please call them and make your reservations at\u00a0     (573) 635-1234<\/a>. \u00a0Be sure to tell them that you are vendor with the Fall Bridal Spectacular.<\/p>\n
