This letter is to confirm your space in the upcoming Bridal Spectacular, January 11th 2026 at ” The LINK” 1299 Lafayette St. Jefferson City MO.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Thank you for being a huge part of the Bridal Spectacular 2026. \u00a0<\/strong>It\u00a0<\/em>is still holding title as \u201cThe Largest Exhibiting Bridal Show Mid Missouri!”<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Actually, it is one of the Largest Bridal Shows\u00a0in Missouri!\u00a0I am very pleased with the wide variety of vendors we have this year.\u00a0 Thanks to all of you!!<\/p>\n

The Bridal Spectacular 2026 <\/em><\/strong>\u00a0is only a few days away! This letter is to confirm your exhibit space for Sunday, January 11th, 2026 to be held at the “LINC”, 1299 Lafayette St, Jefferson City.<\/p>\n

Load-in time is Saturday, January 10th\u00a0 1pm \u2013 3pm<\/strong> – If you have a problem with the time frame. Please call me and we will set a time that will work for you.<\/p>\n

WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE LINC YOU MUST:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Load-In:\u00a0 <\/strong>Move your vehicle out of loading zones. Meaning, unload at any loading dock then move your vehicle promptly so the next person can load-in.<\/li>\n
  2. Check-In:\u00a0 <\/strong>You must check in at the Vendor Check-in table just inside the Exhibit Hall prior to setting up to receive your space assignment. All outstanding balances are due at this time.<\/li>\n
  3. Set-Up:\u00a0 <\/strong>After receiving your space assignment, you are free to set-up.\u00a0Please be courteous and patient during these procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    All vendors must be completely set up and ready to start at 11am, Sun. Jan. 11th.\u00a0 The doors will open at 12:00 sharp.\u00a0 Exhibit hours are Noon to 3pm. You may start tear down at that time or wait until the fashion show is over. Absolutely NO ONE<\/strong> can tear down before 3:00pm<\/strong>.<\/em> There will be a $50.00 fine for early tear down & $75.00for any trash left behind, or food or cake on the floor.<\/strong>\u00a0 NO CHEESE IS ALLOWED IN THE EXIBIT HALL. The carpet in your areamust be left clean.( includes pins, feathers, sequins, rhinestones etc). ALL CAKE & FOOD SAMPLES MUST BE SERVED IN SMALL CUPS, NOT NAPKINS.<\/p>\n

    The loading dock doors or side doors cannot open until the fashion show is over.<\/p>\n

    I encourage each vendor to have some type of registry.\u00a0 This is a great way to build additional data base for you to follow-up on.\u00a0 We will be drawing individual exhibit winners all day and all final drawings start immediately after the fashion show.\u00a0 Any\u00a0vendor who has a prize valued at $200 or more will also be announced on stage at the conclusion of the fashion show.<\/p>\n
